Becoming a dealer
How do I become a Rayno dealer?
Apply on our Dealer Program page. Our team reviews every application and will follow up with you. Account verification usually takes 24–48 hours.
Why can't I see prices or products?
Pricing and most products are only visible to approved dealer accounts. Log in, or register and allow 24–48 hours for your account to be verified.
How do I find my account manager?
Pick your state on our Sales Team page to see who covers your area, or call 844-RAY-FILM (729-3456).
Ordering & shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship the same day. Some can take up to 3 business days. We ship with FedEx and UPS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $250 ship free, including film rolls.
Can I pick up my order (will call)?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout for free will-call pickup at our Illinois HQ (125 Commerce Dr, Schaumburg, IL) or our California office (12827 Telegraph Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA). Checkout shows when your order will be ready, and you'll get an email when it's ready for pickup.
