Meet the installers going tint-for-tint at this year's Tint Off.
Ten installers. One brand. All in it to win it — for themselves and for Rayno. The competition itself is individual, so make no mistake, these ten are also going head-to-head with each other. But every one of them has been running our film for years, and every one of them is stepping onto that floor flying Rayno's colors. Tim, Antonio, Javier, Jake, and Ridley have done this before — they've already competed for Rayno at past Tint Offs and other events, and they're back for more. Seongkeon, Xiaoqiang, and Dongsheng just took the win at the Rayno APAC Tint Off Competition, and now they're bringing that momentum stateside. Here's who's repping Rayno this year, split out by Tint and PPF.
Tint Competitors
08 entrantsAll eight installers on the tint stations this year are running Rayno's Phantom S5. Here's who to watch.
Justin Murphy
Justin runs Jus Tint out of the Illinois capital and is bringing shop-owner precision to the Tint Off floor, representing Rayno on Phantom S5. Midwest dealers, this is your hometown pick.
Springfield, IL
Tim McClure
Tim's back for another run. He's competed for Rayno before, and this year he's making the trip from southwest Virginia to put TintNation's name on the leaderboard again, running Phantom S5.
Abingdon, VA
Domanique Altamirano
Domanique isn't just running a shop in Bend — she's also one of the top heat shrink masters in the game, and she's bringing that same precision to the tint table on Phantom S5.
Bend, OR
Antonio Lopez
Antonio co-owns Tint Starz and has stepped up for Rayno at past Tint Off competitions. He's back again this year on Phantom S5, running a shop that also covers architectural, automotive, PPF, wrap, and business services.
Elk Grove Village, IL
Javier Gonzalez
Javier's the other half of Tint Starz's ownership and, like Antonio, has competed for Rayno before. He's on Phantom S5 again this year — two returning entries flying the same flag.
Elk Grove Village, IL
Seongkeon Heo
Seongkeon has the longest flight of anyone on this list, coming in from Hongcheon, South Korea, fresh off winning the Rayno APAC Tint Off Competition. He's carrying that momentum — and Rayno's colors — onto Phantom S5.
Hongcheon, South Korea
Xiaoqiang Liu
Xiaoqiang is one of two Rayno APAC Tint Off Competition winners making the trip from Beijing. He'll be running Phantom S5 in the automotive category.
Beijing, China
Dongsheng Shi
Dongsheng rounds out the Jingdong Century pair — also a Rayno APAC Tint Off Competition winner, also running Phantom S5.
Beijing, ChinaPPF Competitors
02 entrantsTwo installers are flying the paint protection flag this year, both running Onyxhield EX9 — a different discipline than the tint stations, and worth a stop on its own.
Jake Griffin
Jake's competed for Rayno before, and he's back on the PPF side this year, running Onyxhield EX9 for Morse Customs.
Springville, UT
Ridley Paret
Ridley is Jake's Morse Customs teammate and a fellow returning Rayno competitor, also running Onyxhield EX9.
Springville, UTCome cheer them on — and swing by ours
Every one of these installers deserves a crowd. Whether you're pulling for a hometown favorite or the crew that flew the farthest, get to the floor and watch the tint fly. And while you're there — we're a Diamond and Ruby sponsor this year, so stop by and say hi.
